About the Product
Fragrance Family: Earthy and WoodyScent Type: Citrus and Woods
Key Notes: Italian Bergamot, Lily of the Valley, New Caledonian Sandalwood
Fragrance Description: Under the caress of the spring heat, Dolce&Gabbana Velvet Mughetto reveals an intricate olfactory embroidery with enveloping citrus accents of Italian bergamot, the delicate scent of lily of the valley, and woody notes.
The scent opens with sparkling citrus top notes of Italian bergamot essence, bringing a fresh piquancy, reminiscent of the seaside. Cassis adds a dark fruity facet while pink pepper brings a spicy, rosy note. The heart is dominated by a lily of the valley accord, graced with a rare duality which combines a strong green character with a sweeter, more radiant facet. Warmed by the balmy rays of the Sicilian sun, it blends with creamy magnolia and earthy patchouli to reveal a generous blooming bouquet. The base of Dolce&Gabbana Velvet Mughetto perfume gives way to sensual and resinous notes of New Caledonian sandalwood, spicy cypriol, and cashmeran wood, which capture the light of the island’s sun at its highest.
About the Bottle: The iconic, weighty glass flacon of the Dolce&Gabbana Velvet Collection is topped with a fresh green velvet-trimmed stopper with golden accents. The flacon of Dolce&Gabbana Velvet Mughetto Eau de Parfum is also personalized with an engraved golden plate and comes encased in a black velvet coffret.
About the Fragrance: This floral green fragrance was created exclusively for Dolce&Gabbana by Sidonie Lancesseur.
Ingredients
Alcohol, Parfum (Fragrance), Aqua (Water), Limonene, Ethylhexyl Methoxycinnamate, Diethylamino Hydroxybenzoyl Hexyl Benzoate, Linalool, Citronellol, Geraniol, Triethanolamine, Citral, Isoeugenol, Coumarin, Tris(Tetramethylhydroxypiperidinol) Citrate, Farnesol, Benzyl Alcohol, Bht, Ci 19140 (Yellow 5), Ci 61570 (Green 5), Ci 14700 (Red 4).How to Use
Suggested Usage:-Fragrance is intensified by the warmth of your own body. Apply in the creases of your knees and elbows for a longer-lasting, stronger scent.
-After applying, avoid rubbing or dabbing skin. This breaks down the fragrance, causing it to wear off more quickly.
-If you prefer placing fragrance on your wrists, be sure to reapply after frequent hand-washing, as this tends to rinse off the scent.
-Replace fragrance after 12 months. Expired perfumes more than a year old lose the integrity of the original scent.
Eau de Toilette or Eau de Parfum?:
The difference lies in the volume of perfume oil. While EDT contains five to nine percent, EDP contains more, usually eight to 14 percent. EDPs, therefore, last longer and smell more intense.
